In August, my dad decided to surprise me.  He said we were going to a business meeting, but I wasn't that dumb!  We were going to the Orange County Fair with a couple of his friends from work.  First, we picked up my mom from work, and then we met one of my dad's friends, Jenny.  In front of the ampitheatre, there was a large sign that said, "Hoobastank 8/29.  Opening act, Lit."  Being as weird as I was, I told my dad, "Hey, Hoobastank's performing tomorrow!"  Jenny went backstage to get the bassist, Markku Lappalainen, and he let us in backstage.  I got to take pictures with Doug, Markku, Chris, and Dan, as well as getting to see and take pictures with a couple of the guys from the band, Lit, and we spent the night with the guys.  If you go to the Almost Acoustic Christmas Page, you can see my other pics.
